Great Gray Hockey
What: Great Gray Hockey is launching programs for the upcoming 2027 AAA season. Year one will focus on boys from birthyears 2017 and 2018. Teams will have approximately 30 hours of developmental/practice ice, 3-4 tournaments and Spring MASH league games.
Where: Ice times will primarily run out of the Chaska Community Center
When: Tryouts are coming soon - exact dates to be shared shortly.
Who: Boys hockey players, 2017 and 2018 birth years.

Great Gray Hockey was borne out of 45 years of shared history. Two kids who grew up together playing and competing in everything, hockey included. Both love hockey, but only one had the skill to earn a living as a pro. Now, years later, they’re teaming up to bring that same skill and grit to a AAA program.

Great Gray Hockey exists to deliver age-appropriate hockey development that builds real competitive edge — coaching kids to play the game fast, read the ice, and handle pressure from the opponent, not from a coach or a parent standing over them. We build a culture where players compete hard, sharpen their skills every session, and grow into the best version of themselves on the ice. That's backed by real, trained coaches at every practice and game, focused entirely on the player's development.
Why Great Gray Exists
AAA hockey training is a service. You’re buying that service. We won’t outsource that service to a volunteer parent and hope that they deliver the type of hockey training and coaching you’re paying for and expecting.
